TUMBLING
Our tumbling program offers progressive levels designed to build strength, flexibility, and confidence. From foundational skills like rolls, handstands, and cartwheels in PreK Tumbling, to mastering bridges, kickovers, and round-offs in Tumbling 1, and advancing to more complex techniques like back handsprings in Tumbling 2, our classes focus on safety, alignment, and fun. Perfect for ages 3.5 and up, with options for every skill level!

We have three levels of Tumbling!

PreK Tumbling is for ages 3.5-5. Students are introduced to basic tumbling positions including pike, tuck, and straddle. Forward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels complete this early beginner’s tumbling vocabulary. Attention to detail such as alignment, flexibility, strength, and safety are emphasized. This structured class will teach gym safety and will encourage self-confidence, listening skills, and social skills in a fun, interactive environment.

Tumbling 1 is for ages 5-9! During this 45-minute class your dancer will focus on perfecting body shapes, jumps, rolls, handstands, bridges, back bends, kick overs, cartwheels, round-offs, safety falls, body control, strength building, flexibility, and intro to backhand springs. Front and back handsprings and somersaults are introduced.

Tumbling 2 is for ages 7 and up (teacher recommendation needed) and will build on the basics of Tumbling 1.
